Here is a fun and refreshing Negroni inspired cocktail that is a great summer time drink, made with lemonade, gin, white vermouth, and a rhubarb shrub and a bitters. We named it "We DID It" after our guests Diana and Iris and my partner and wife Diana.
My good friend Diana, who along with her sister, Iris, and husband Bryan enjoyed this drink with Diana and I, wrote this Haiku.

The drink was poetically made like this.
We made this in a punch format that filled a large pitcher.
24 oz Santa Cruz Organic Lemonade
8 oz Gray's Peak Gin
4 oz Carpano Bianco Vermout
4 oz Amaro Ciociaro
2 oz Home made Rhubarb Shrub, optional
two droppers full of 7 Seven Stills Cocktail Bitters
Started by mixing the lemonade and gin and froze that to a slush. added the other ingredients, which I had chilled as well. Poured into large glasses with ice, it was a hot day. Garnished with fresh local strawberries, currents and mint. Ambrosial!
Oh, i put strawberries, currents, and/or mint in the ice cubes for added drama!
Next time I will make my own lemonade to control the sweetness. Do not use commercial lemonade made with high fructose corn syrup. Only pure white sugar will do.
